    Take a selfie on your own camera. A moderator, a real person, compares it with your photos before anyone can see your profile.

    People who share your languages, your home country or your stage of life come first, each with the reasons we think you may connect.

    Start real conversations

    Like a specific photo or answer and the conversation opens there, not with a blank “hey”. Your phone number stays private.

What “Verified by a moderator” means

  1. You take a selfie on your own camera, in the app.
  2. A moderator, a real person, compares it with your profile photos.
  3. Change your photos or your name and you are checked again.

Only moderators ever see your selfie. The badge is never for sale.

  • Block and report in two taps

    Reporting someone blocks them straight away, and a moderator reviews every report.

  • Safety tips in chat

    When money, crypto, gift cards or moving to WhatsApp come up, the chat warns you before you send.

  • Evidence kept for moderators

    Report a conversation and it is kept for the moderators, even if the other person unmatches or deletes their account.

  • Privacy controls

    People see your city, never your exact location. Sensitive answers stay hidden unless you choose to show them.
